On Wednesday afternoon, December 27, Valencia CF returned to training after the Christmas break and they did so in the best possible way, with their fans and at the centenary Mestalla pitch.
The training session led by Rubén Baraja was yet another demonstration of the special bond and support of the Valencianista fans for their team. 15,000 people watched and enjoyed the Valencia CF men's first team players. Prior to the start of the training session, the Valencia CF captains -José Luis Gayà, Jaume Domènech and Gabriel Paulista- addressed a few words to the fans. "Fans and team, together we have no limits," said Jaume Domènech. In addition, Valencia CF coach Rubén Baraja also thanked the fans for their support.
The importance of Mestalla
The unity of the team and the fans has made Mestalla a fortress for the Valencian team. As a result of this, the home results have been excellent.
